Need a hand with jastip belanja lokal, jastip luar kota / luar negeri, or jastip makanan? On Rampoeng you can post a job in the jasa titipan (jastip) category and have it done by a verified Work Partner near you. The money is held in escrow until you confirm the job is finished.

Buy daily necessities and pharmacy items
For example: shopping for groceries, buying medicine from a pharmacy, and so on.
Buy fresh produce at the market
For example: shopping for ingredients at the early-morning market, and so on.
Buy and send goods or food between cities
For example: buying goods from elsewhere in Indonesia, buying regional specialities, and so on.
Buy goods from abroad
Buy items from abroad on the customer's behalf, from physical or online stores.
Buy IKEA and bulky furniture-store items
Buy and deliver items from IKEA or furniture stores for customers in other cities or who can't make it there.
Collect store orders (pickup point)
Collect paid orders from shops or tenants that don't deliver, then bring them to the customer.

There is a tiered dispute process in the app. While a dispute is open, the money stays held in escrow until it is resolved.
